Every once in awhile, someone here asks about Josefina's piano. FYI, an auction for one closed recently on ebay for just over $698.00. It's a fabulous piece. Congrats to both buyer and seller!

Wow, for the price that the piano went for, if I had the piano, the first thing I'd do is sell it on ebay. That's quite a profit! Just like Kathleen of GOML, I think..."Should have bought 4", LOL.

I like to think of auctions like that as win-win. The seller does well, obviously, and the buyer has a piece she obviously dearly wants and will cherish.
My guess is that the piano is probably the single rarest AG piece (because of what it cost originally and how few show up on ebay).

Josefina's "English Square Piano" was $120 when it was available from Pleasant Co.
